Stratovista Internet Private Limited ("we", "our", "Screen Mandir") wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds for in-app purchases (subscriptions or one-time purchases) may be requested.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund policy for eligible in-app purchases, subject to:

  • Google Play Store (or other platform) refund policies and rules
  • Request made within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • Technical or service issues that prevented you from using the purchased feature (we may request brief details to process your request)

Refunds are at our discretion and may be denied if we find misuse, abuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Via Google Play: You can request a refund through Google Play’s standard refund flow (Account → Payments & subscriptions → Order history). Google may approve refunds according to their policy.
  • Via us: For issues that Google’s flow does not cover, contact us at help@screenmandir.in with your registered mobile number/email and order details. We will respond within 3–5 business days.

3. Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be credited within 7 working days, depending on your payment method and the processing timelines of the payment provider (e.g. Google Play, bank).
  • You may see the refund in your account or card statement after this period.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund past payments. To cancel:

  • Open Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Screen Mandir → Cancel subscription.
  • If you cancel within the refund window and believe you are eligible for a refund of the last payment, contact us at help@screenmandir.in with your details.

5. Digital-Only Service

Screen Mandir provides only digital content (wallpapers, ringtones, in-app features). No physical goods are shipped. Refunds apply only to in-app purchases made through the App or linked store account.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of paid features after an update means you accept the revised policy.
