1. About Screen Mandir
Screen Mandir is a devotional content app that allows users to set devotional wallpapers (Bhangwa/Bhakti wallpapers) on their lock screen and Bhajan/Mantra ringtones as their device ringtone. The App may offer premium features via subscriptions or one-time purchases.
2. Eligibility
- You agree that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, or use it under parental guidance.
3. Account & Registration
To access certain features, you may need to register (e.g. with your mobile number). You are responsible for:
- All activity under your account
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
- Not sharing your account with others for misuse
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Screen Mandir to:
- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
- Attempt to hack, exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App
- Use bots or automation to abuse the service
- Redistribute or resell App content without permission
- Create or share content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, or harmful
We may suspend or ban users for violations without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All app design, branding, UI, features, code, and platform content belong to Stratovista Internet Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or distribute any part of the App without written permission. You may use wallpapers and ringtones for personal, non-commercial use as permitted within the App.
6. Subscriptions, Purchases & Billing
Screen Mandir may offer one-time purchases or subscriptions. Payments are processed via Google Play Store (or other authorized payment providers). By purchasing, you agree that:
- You are responsible for managing cancellations through your store account settings
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled
- Prices may change in the future with reasonable notice where required
7. Refund Policy
We offer a refund policy for eligible purchases as described in our Refund Policy. Refund requests must be made within the time frame stated there. For refund support, contact help@screenmandir.in.
8. Service Availability & Changes
We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, discontinue the App with reasonable notice where possible, or add, remove, or modify features. We are not liable for downtime caused by technical issues beyond our control.

The App may use third-party services (e.g. analytics, payment processors, content delivery). We are not responsible for third-party service issues, outages, or their policies.
10. Privacy
Your use of Screen Mandir is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if required by law, if you misuse the App, or if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion by contacting us.
12. Disclaimers
Screen Mandir is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Use of the App is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratovista Internet Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of the App.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
